      Blocked Carrier Status

      What does it mean if a carrier status is BLOCKED?

      Devices can either be CLEAN and eligible for activation, or BLOCKED due to Unpaid Bills,  LOST/STOLEN, or identified as a Non-Carrier device which means it is not recognized by the specific Carrier Network.
