Accessing Data

There are two primary methods for accessing data on your devices: manual entry in the UI Portal and API integration. The manual entry in our portal allows users to input between 1 and 5,000 device IDs at a time. However, API integration is the predominant and preferred method due to its capability to seamlessly integrate into existing client systems. This integration facilitates real-time decision-making at various stages, including pre-purchase, processing, and final asset disposition. During the onboarding process, our Customer Success team engages in discussions to determine the most effective implementation method for each specific process flow.
